Artist Jaider Esbell will receive the title of Doctor Honoris Causa from the UFRR (Federal University of Roraima), in recognition of his artistic, intellectual contributions and fight for the rights of indigenous peoples. The ceremony will take place this Tuesday, August 20, starting at 7:30pm in Boa Vista, and is part of the 5th International Congress Indigenous Worlds, America – COIMI.

As part of the program, Esbell's work Entidades will be installed at the University's entrance. Gustavo Caboco will also participate in the congress with a talk and a workshop.
