The MALBA in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is set to open a new exhibition dedicated to Tunga on October 25. Titled Yo, Vos y la Luna, the show is curated by María Amalia García and Nancy Rojas.

The piece that gives the exhibition its name—Me, You, and the Moon—was one of Tunga's final installations, initially created for the Château de Chaumont-sur-Loire in France in 2015, and recently shown at MAM, São Paulo. The work embodies themes of transmutation and circularity, incorporating elements such as a fossilised tree, amber, crystal bottles, and finger-shaped sculptures.

In dialogue with the installation, the exhibition features a documentary film with the same title, directed by Marian Lacombe in 2015, alongside over thirty drawings. These works showcase the artist’s thought process through his use of line, exploring the erotic universe and revealing ideas about transformation, continuity, and mirroring.
