In these paintings, the comic aspect of caricatured figures blends with the erotic and the grotesque in ritualistic scenes in which no perception is confirmed. Rather, they are situations seen by a dancing body, and thus the gaze is pulverized on the lines and figures in motion, a character intensified by the vibrant chromatic play.
