Guga Szabzon, O começo de uma coisa maior, 2018

This Saturday, April 15th, the MuBE, in São Paulo, holds the opening of Pedra Viva - Serra da Capivara: O legado de Niède Guidon, a group show curated by Guilherme Wisnik, Gisele Felice and Ricardo Cardim.

With works by Guga Szabzon (1987, São Paulo, SP), Gustavo Caboco (1989, Curitiba, Roraima), and Lidia Lisbôa (1970, Guaíra, PR), among others, the show starts from the oldest records of human life in South America, present in the Serra da Capivara, Piauí. The park, a territory with the largest number of archeological sites in the Americas, was founded with the collaboration of French-Brazilian archeologist Niède Guidon, who turns 90 in 2023.

Until August 6.
