Millan's building at 1360 Rua Fradique Coutinho is undergoing a renovation to adapt to the expansion of the gallery's program. During this period, the gallery will operate only in the building at 1430 on the same street.

The project aims to completely change the original building, reorganizing its exhibition and office spaces, as well as subjecting all the gallery's spaces to a common concept.

The biggest intervention is in the building's interface with the street. In place of parking spaces, a new horizontal plaza has been designed to welcome visitors, much like the space at number 1430, inaugurated this March.
