Maxwell Alexandre is the Man of the Year in Culture according to GQ Brazil

Maxwell Alexandre (1990, Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil) was elected the Man of the Year in Culture by GQ Brazil magazine.
"The 33-year-old visual artist is one of the leading names in contemporary art today. This year, the carioca expanded his work internationally, with two unprecedented exhibitions in Paris and Madrid," states the publication.
In 2023, Maxwell also inaugurated New Power: Passability, Miss Brasil at Casa SP–Arte, and two Maxwell Alexandre pavilions in São Cristóvão, closed, and in Rocinha.
